It's a bit too late for Festivus, but its Cosmo Kramer from Seinfeld!

It was the pen tool I tell you! I somehow missed the Superbowl today (not that I was planning on watching anything but the commercials and Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers...) and ended up learning how to vector. And cel shade.
The pen tool is pretty neat, but it seems so crisp and flash-y.
I don't think I like this style very much.. It's such a hassle and it isn't messy enough. It's no substitute for pencil.
I kind of played with his hair. Until I gave up.
And I have no clue how to shade. It looks a bit muddy.
I think I should have drawn a shirt on him. Or at least a blazer. It looks a bit weird.
Oh, and the smoke is, uh, invisible....
I suspect his eyes are green. But I'm probably wrong.

I hope I can purge myself of this little art block I've been having. All I seem to do is color the top half of all my drawings from last June. Oh well. I need to learn anatomy...
I'm a bit tired of 2-D, so I'm taking a Ceramics/raku class, and I think I'm getting back into my groove. It's super fun too.

I reallllly think I should do a fanart of Sasuke.
THE last couple of chapters have been epic!
Like how blades come out of his wrists.
IT'S THE OPPOSITE OF EMO!!
I can't wait until next Friday's Shonen Jump!

The original sketch is in my scraps along with George Costanza.
I'll probably scrap this later, even though it was a more successful attempt than my other shop experiments.
